ReplyDeleteThe same thing happened to me! I tried hula-hooping several years ago and just couldn't do it, but as a kid, it was so easy.

ReplyDeleteWe used these all the time growing up! My sister could do it for a long time! I've heard that they are good for weight los, so am thinking of getting one! LOL!

ReplyDeleteI recently unearthed an old scrapbook that I thought I'd thrown away. What a delightful surprise! Now I've got a huge task - scanning all those photos and mementos.
DeleteLOL! Yup! but I could NEVER make them get going round the hips, so I used them like the rolling hoops/sticks toys!
