Since everyone dressed for cold and wet weather, we were comfortable and dry. The snow made our surroundings even more beautiful.

Gorgeous shots! I especially like the idea of the hot lunch afterwards...LOL.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog.
I had lasagna for lunch. Perfect for a beautiful snowy day!
ReplyDeleteThanks for leaving a comment, Laurel-Rain.
I used to go skiing with my family every Christmas. Nowadays I'm content to walk in the snow or enjoy its beauty from a warm place indoors.
ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting on my post, Vicki.
This is our first winter at home in 5 years so we've been enjoying bundling up and doing wintery things.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'll find plenty to do in Toronto during the holidays. I always enjoy your photos from around the city, and I'm looking forward to more during the coming year.
ReplyDeleteThank you for stopping by my blog today.
I haven't ever hiked in the snow- my sister is returning from University on the East Coast and telling me how hard it is, but I'm determined to try it some day!
ReplyDeletePoem Fanatic: Although quite a bit of snow came down, it didn't stick; so walking in it wasn't difficult. It was like walking in soft rain! So beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLooks like another gorgeous hike, Sandra. You live in such a beautiful place!
ReplyDeleteWe got quite a bit of snow here last week - way more than is normal for December!
Enjoy your week -
Sue
