I posted a photo of another Little Library located in Woodinville on an earlier Saturday Snapshots (HERE). Have you seen these around your neighborhood?

Presumably that's a post box? It's a brilliant idea. There is a village near us that had a library in an old red phone box - I mus go and see I it's still there. My Snapshot is at https://thebooktrunkblog.wordpress.com/
ReplyDeleteI love that these are popping up everywhere!
ReplyDeleteWe don't have any Little Libraries that I know of in India... it seems to be a good concept though!
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen any in our town. I would think if there was one, the local newspaper would have done a feature. We have a wonderful brick and mortar library and we are a fairly small city. I love the idea though.
ReplyDeleteI love to look at Little Libraries. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI saw one not too long ago near the Green River/Riverbend Golf Course trail (west Kent). I think they're cool, too.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen that one, Judy. I'll have to go on a search for it.
ReplyDeleteNice find!!! Anything worth borrowing? :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a brilliant idea!!
ReplyDeleteI've seen lots of photos on the internet, but have yet to spot one in real life. Cute!
ReplyDeleteI've heard of this idea, but have yet to see it for myself. It's such a great idea! I'm so glad you share these with us every time you spot one.
ReplyDeleteVery cute! I've never actually seen one in real life.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! I would love to see something like this around here. Thanks for the creative solution to book donations.
ReplyDeleteWe din't have these type of libraries in India.... But it is a great idea!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo good to see that these are taking hold in so many places. We have them her in Charleston too. Wonderful idea
ReplyDeleteI SO want to start one of these!! Aren't they cool? Of course, we live at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood, so probably not ideally located! But I love the concept. I've never seen one in person - lucky you!

Book By Book
These make me smile when I see them. There was one in a public rose garden that I thought was very well-placed! Great shot.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Little Free Libraries! I really want to put one up in our front yard (Goodness knows I have enough books to spare!), but I doubt our HOA would allow it.
ReplyDeleteI love these! Thanks for sharing this one with us and for sharing the idea with others.
