And here's a blast from the past. I'm sure my parents thought we'd enjoy a visit with an Easter bunny, but those giant mutant critters are scary! We look kind of uncertain, don't we? (I'm the blonde--front and center.)

What great photos! Old photos are always fabulous. And those pics from Switzerland are astonishing!
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of eggs! I especially like the old photos with the creepy Easter bunnies! Have a great weekend, Sandra!
ReplyDeleteI've yet to see an Easter bunny costume that isn't terrifying!

Those pics of you as kids had me cracking up! I too was so afraid of that Easter monster! LOL But eh eggs are just beautiful! Happy Easter Sandra!

Here's MY SATURDAY SNAPSHOT POST
Amazing pics! I wish we did something fun like that here ;)
ReplyDeleteMakes me want to go and find some old family photos of Easter from the past, too.
ReplyDeleteThe egg display from Austria is amazing! Totally creepy bunny! It looks like a child molester. I'd cringe away from that thing, too. I'm glad my parents never dragged me to see Santa or the bunny. On the other hand, you look really cute, Sandy. With your little scarf, you remind me of Little Red Riding Hood.

Fun photos. Those are some beautiful eggs. Love your reaction to the Easter Bunny.
ReplyDeleteGolly, the Austrian eggs are works of art! And I think you were wise to be leery of a bunny that big! Was he named 'Harvey' ? Wink wink!
ReplyDeleteThe Austrian eggs are incredible! I cannot imagine the time and effort that went into those. They show it too - they are stunning!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by our blog earlier. Returning the love! :) :)
The Easter eggs look amazing! I'm sure it takes a long time to paint all of these.

Love the vintage pictures...even if the bunny is a bit creepy. I just saw a post on Facebook with scary bunnies from the past...maybe the adults were trying to toughen the kids up. :-)
ReplyDeleteI've been away from Saturday Snapshot for a while. I'd love for you to stop by my post.
Your pics should be on that buzzfeed article "vintage Easter bunny pictures that will make your skin crawl." Here's Mine
ReplyDeleteWow! Not only is that a lot of eggs, but they look incredibly gorgeous.
