Northwest Trek - #SaturdaySnapshots

Our granddaughter is spending most Wednesdays with us this summer, so we have lots of interesting plans in place. This past week we took her (and her mom) to Northwest Trek, Eatonville, WA, near Mount Rainier. The park features animals and birds native to the Pacific Northwest. Here are some photos from our adventure.

While my granddaughter did enjoy the birds and animals, the big attraction was the zipline.

For more info about Northwest Trek, check out their website HERE.

Saturday Snapshots is hosted by West Metro Mommy Reads.
To participate:
Post a photo that you (or a friend or family member) have taken then leave a direct link to your post in the Mister Linky on West Metro Mommy Read's website (link: HERE) Photos can be old or new and be of any subject as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. 6. I guess I should have posted the names of the animals!
Beth: Yes, those are bison in the first photo, followed by lynx (or bobcat?), raccoon, snowy owl, and caribou.
Laurel-Rain: Some of the ziplines were high in the trees. That's NOT for me.
Judy: Thank you! We visited the park on a beautiful day. It was fun just being outdoors.
Deb: I took lots more photos, but the ones I posted were the best of the bunch.
Colleen: I'm enjoying the outdoors every chance I get. I'm thankful that I live in such a beautiful part of the world.

  7. I have yet to make it to NW Trek but Dawson has been a few times. I'd go for a zip line, but I draw the line at bungee jumping! Corrina looks like she's having fun.
